📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
