📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is stocked with the correct merchandise and in good condition.,Assist in organizing and executing promotions and sales events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Support the crew in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in training new crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
