📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
