In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the telesales process, including making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about our dental services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the telesales process by making outbound calls to potential customers.,Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our dental services.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.,Assist in scheduling appointments and follow up with customers to ensure they receive the care they need.,Collaborate with the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and treatments.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the telesales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a telesales or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
