📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and analyze structural systems for various infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets design specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project approvals and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs with overall project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil and structural engineering, and apply innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations, including but not limited to SNI (Indonesian National Standards).
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to project sites, including remote locations, as required.
• Valid professional engineering license (PEng) or equivalent.
• Experience with infrastructure projects in Batam or similar tropical climates is a plus.
