📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.,Lead the anti-fraud initiatives, including risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies.,Manage and supervise the IC (Internal Control) division to ensure effective internal controls are in place.,Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance and anti-fraud measures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.,Provide guidance and support to the management team on compliance and risk management matters.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in compliance and anti-fraud.,Ensure the bank's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, anti-fraud, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing compliance and anti-fraud programs.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certifications in compliance, risk management, or a related field are a plus.
