📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Stock and organize merchandise to meet sales goals.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance shopping experience.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or store management is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
