📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Field Sales Manager in setting and achieving sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to travel frequently and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
