📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts.,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.,Conduct regular operational audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
