• Oversee and manage all guest reservations, ensuring seamless booking experiences.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

• Collaborate with the sales team to secure and maintain high-value accounts.
• Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservations or sales role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using reservation management systems, such as ResConnect.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
