📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the retail business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the growth and success of the business.,Provide financial guidance and support to the retail team, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong track record of success.,Proven experience in managing financial operations for a retail business.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or other relevant accounting software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
