As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and expense reports.
• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger on a regular basis.
• Process payroll for retail store employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the retail operations team with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for retail stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial administration or a related role.
