Makmur Putri Shop is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This role is crucial to the success of our logistics and delivery operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and route vehicles, optimizing delivery and transportation processes.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards for vehicle operation and maintenance.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing, either directly or through approved vendors.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and other key metrics to management.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of drivers and other fleet-related personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
