📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring compliance with budget and financial targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success of OMEGA Indonesia.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a branch management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of branch operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
