📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality food and beverages are prepared and served.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
