📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Promote products and services to customers to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.
