📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors to ensure they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and provide feedback.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
