📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Conduct job interviews and assessments to select the best candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
