CV Wibawa Teratai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dili. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and development. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Negotiate job offers and onboarding details with selected candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
