As a Civil Engineer at PT Hasta Widya, you will play a crucial role in the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the construction process, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure the construction meets the required specifications.,Prepare detailed reports and documentation for projects, including design drawings, cost estimates, and project timelines.,Collaborate with team members and clients to address project challenges and ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve project outcomes.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management and construction.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
