Toko Bangunan Cahya Bakso is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexible working arrangements and competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance.,Support the HR manager in special projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
