📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback during the hiring process.,Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using office software and recruitment management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
