Fast Market Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Manage customer relationships and maintain a database of customer information.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
