📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all financial targets.
  • Attend to any other duties as required by the General Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Computer literate, with experience in using office software.
