📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
