📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with event planners, caterers, and other vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Greet and assist guests at the event, ensuring their needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote and publicize events.,Handle any event-related issues or concerns that may arise, and work to resolve them promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all events and related expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet and event planning.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event planning software and other relevant tools.,Experience with budget management and financial planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
