📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
