Analyze and optimize the layout of our facilities to improve efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement space planning strategies to improve the workflow and reduce waste.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve space-related issues.,Conduct space utilization audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in space planning and industrial engineering.,Provide training and support to employees on space planning and industrial engineering best practices.,Work with vendors and contractors to ensure that our space planning projects are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and maintain space planning documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in space planning or a related field.,Strong knowledge of space planning software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Experience with industrial engineering software, such as SolidWorks or ANSYS, is a plus.
