- Oversee and manage all guest reservations, ensuring seamless booking experiences.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize ResConnect to manage and track reservations efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure and maintain high-value accounts.
- Monitor and analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reservations or sales role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using reservation management systems, such as ResConnect.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
