📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with company objectives and employee development needs
• Create engaging e-learning content using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline and Moodle
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee skills
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training requirements and implement solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and development
• Measure and report on the impact of training initiatives to demonstrate ROI
• Support the implementation of learning management systems and other HR technology solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role in the corporate sector
• Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs using e-learning platforms
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, or equivalent) is a plus
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
