🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on health systems management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in health systems management, with a proven track record of leading healthcare initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of health systems management principles and practices.
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform health system strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
