🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on plant operations and transformation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, including maintenance, production, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
