📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality metal components
• Set up and calibrate machines according to engineering specifications
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with engineering and quality control teams
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe & Milling Machine Operator
• Proficient in operating CNC lathes and milling machines (FANUC, Siemens, or similar)
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Strong understanding of metalworking processes and quality control standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
