📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire commissioning process for data center projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate various systems and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning phase.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation, including performance data and system operational procedures.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed throughout the commissioning process.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Participate in site inspections and audits to verify the performance of installed systems and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data center commissioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning data center projects, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Certifications such as LEED AP, BREEAM, or similar are a plus.
• Proficient in using commissioning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE, NEC, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
