📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online storefront on platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely product listings, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
• Maintain and update our website, ensuring it is functional, secure, and optimized for user experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with our logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, and share your knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
